Chocolate Oatmeal Flaxseed Muffins

These are seriously so good, and they taste even better when you know there is a lot of healthy stuff inside.

The only thing I changed is that I substituted coco powder for the espresso powder, in equal amount. Still totally great.

  2. We made these muffins for my sister's family Thursday morning & they were really good. I substituted the coco powder like you suggested but added a little extra & used mini chocolate chips instead of the chunks because I didn't have any chunks. Rave reviews all around.

  3. I'm going to have to try these (minus the flax... which I wouldn't even know where to find in the grocery store and would likely never use again). Anything with "chocolate chunks" is worth making.
